We are delighted to invite you to our exclusive reunion and networking event taking place in Wakefield.
Join old friends, make new ones, for a relaxed and informal drinks evening at The Old Print Works in the heart of the City. The Old Print Works, was home to a family printing business which was owned by the family of an Old Savilian, Chris Lindley. He was the fourth generation of his family to work there and did so until he left for university in 1984. The Print Works was based in the old press room and next door, Harry's Bar is what was the print finishing department.
Current and former staff, including OS President, Douglas Haigh, QEGS staff Trevor Barker, Geoff Tingle, Mark Fitzsimons, and Nick Lambert, WGHS staff David Eggleston and Dave Collett, will be coming along and look forward to having a chat over drinks in this real ale pub, which was once a printworks.
Other staff may be in attendance on the night.
With easy access to Wakefield train and bus links, we look forward to welcoming many of you to this event.
